If you have ever experienced a dental emergency, you know it can be a traumatic experience. Dental emergencies almost never happen at convenient times and finding treatment on weekends or evenings can be a challenge. If you are looking for an emergency dentist in the Tysons Corner area, you can count on us!

When Is it a Dental Emergency?

If you have bleeding, pain, a lost restoration, swelling, or trauma to a tooth, you should call us right away. We can ask you a few questions about your dental emergency to determine if an emergency appointment is necessary. Being specific about your dental emergency allows us to prepare for your arrival in our Tysons Corner dental office and provide you with the best care possible.

What to Do If…

If you break or crack a tooth, call us right away. Cracked teeth are unstable and we will need to restore it with a dental crown to protect it and keep it from splitting.

If a tooth gets knocked out during an accident or sport, try placing it gently back in its socket. If that doesn’t work, keep it moist with saliva or milk and contact us right away.

If you have pain, it is an indication that something is wrong. We can examine your tooth, take an x-ray, and diagnose your condition. We will restore your comfort fast! We will provide you with all of your treatment options so you can make a decision that works best for you.

If you have bleeding that will not stop or if you suspect you have a head or neck injury call 911 and seek immediate medical attention.
